Mr. Allen has successfully negotiated recoveries in hundreds of cases for personal injuries sustained by his clients in various types of cases. In instances where settlement negotiations have failed, Mr. Allen has litigated and tried his clients cases to verdict. When deemed necessary, Mr. Allen has fought the case through the appellate process. The Allen Law Firm represents clients with the intention of (a) alleviating the anxiety and stress brought onto our clients; and (b) striving to reach a resolution, whether by settlement or trial, so that justice may be done. We work towards an amicable resolution of our client's case, but we prepare for a trial by jury.

Jason Mark and the team of professionals at Mark & Associates, P.C. handle cases involving pharmaceutical liability, serious personal injuries, product liability, toxic exposure and business fraud. A former partner at Parker Waichman Alonso Mark, LLP, where he headed the firm’s mass tort department, Mr. Mark has been recognized nationally for his leadership in complex litigation. He is the recipient of the Massachusetts Rising Stars Award for Plaintiff Personal Injury, awarded by Law & Politics and Boston Magazine in 2005. Mr. Mark is frequently invited as a lecturer to other lawyers on science and medical causation issues in mass tort litigation, and has authored many articles concerning the implications of medicine and science on cases involving pharmaceutical liability and serious personal injuries. Mr. Mark has been appointed to various leadership roles in nationally coordinated litigation. He is co-lead counsel in the New Jersey Ortho Evra consolidated mass tort litigation, and co-chair of the science committee in the national Ortho Evra multi-district litigation. He is also co-chair of the American Association for Justice’s Contact Lens Solution litigation group.

With over 15 years of experience, including trial experience in states across the country, Mr. Mark has recovered many millions of dollars for his clients and devotes his practice to serving as lead counsel and co-counsel in cases involving catastrophic injuries and death nationwide.
